Twist the pen until the brush fills with oil, then brush directly onto the hair elastic to fully saturate it. The elastic will quickly pop or slide right out! If it doesn’t release on the first try, simply reapply. For extra-stubborn elastics, gently pull a layer of the band away from the scalp, brush on the oil while pulling it tight, and watch it dissolve without damaging hair.
